Training sessions are modular and alternate between multi functional high tech treadmill and working with weights. Training modules change daily and never repeat - HIIT, boxing, sled pushing, parachute running, strength dumbbell routines, battle ropes and suspended ABS routines just to name a few. 

When wearing a compatible heart rate monitor, Teambeats technology measures your heart rate and performance data throughout your workout and automatically sends it to your wellness app.

FAQ

How do I get started?
Register on our website. Go to Memberships page, select First Class Free to book your first class with us.

How should I prepare for my first class?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, so we can set you up for your first class.

What should I wear?
We suggest enclosed running shoes, athletic shorts/pants, t-shirt or tank top. Bring towel and water.

Does PSF have classes for beginners?
Classes are designed for ALL SKILL LEVELS and we encourage you to go at your own pace.

I have physical limitations. Can I still do a PSF workout?
Absolutely. Trainers will provide you with ALTERNATIVE EXERCISE if needed during the class. We recommend you get cleared by a doctor before your first class.

How long are the classes?
45 minutes.

How often should I go?
For optimal results we recommend 4 CLASSES PER WEEK, or 3 classes per week at a minimum.

How old do I have to be to come to PSF?
14 but you have to be accompanied by an adult until you are 16.

How do I book a class?
