Naples Bootcamp Class
Experience a dynamic, whole-body workout designed in the style of bootcamp training, focusing on the 7 essential movement patterns of the human body: PUSH, PULL, SQUAT, LUNGE, BEND, ROTATE, and LOCOMOTION. Each session targets specific muscle groups or fitness goals.
Led by experienced coaches, each 45-minute session starts with a brief stretch, followed by four structured segments featuring high-paced interval training in STRENGTH, MOBILITY, ENDURANCE, and CARDIO. Suitable for all fitness levels, these sessions include clear, step-by-step instructions and visual demonstrations on TV screens, along with timers that provide helpful cues to keep you on track.
