Vivian is an accomplished fitness professional with over 15 years of experience as a Group Exercise Instructor and more than 10 years as a Personal Trainer. Throughout her career, Vivian has gained extensive experience working in fitness centers across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Japan.

Vivian has taught a wide range of fitness classes, including Spinning, HIIT, Boot Camp, Body Sculpting, Gentle Stretch, Core Strength, Water Aerobics, and TRX.
Vivian’s passion for fitness and her comprehensive background enable her to empower clients to reach their full potential, both in personal training sessions and in group fitness environments.

Katie’s passion for all things health and fitness began in her teens when she fell in love with the gym and strength training. She found her competitive edge through training and completing multiple full & half marathons and through the sport of CrossFit. Katie was born in Ohio but raised in Florida and has called Naples home for the last 16 years with her husband and fur babes. She is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, spinning instructor, & most recently completed her Pre & Postnatal coaching certification. She also has a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management.
She has been coaching/training at PSF for 2 1/2 years and is excited to connect with you & help you on your fitness & health journey!

As a former competitive swimmer, black belt in karate, and currently pursuing competitive body building, Elizabeth understands the importance of maintaining functional fitness with proper nutrition. She grew up in New York, and has lived in San Francisco, Park City, and currently Naples, with her husband Brett, and daughter, Francesca. As Elizabeth’s passion and love for wellness grew, she opened an IV hydration company called The Vitamin Bar. Elizabeth also holds her Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Nutrition. Elizabeth loves to help the community with all things health and fitness!
